“Naming the Nameless: A Writers Retreat for Marginalized Voices”--an opportunity for those who love to write and create in community.

For beginning and experienced writers, a 4-day, 3-night getaway to explore the language of your truest self. Co-leaders JoAnn Balingit and Traci Currie offer participants a safe and welcoming space for sharing their stories. To widen circles of storytelling and cultural healing, we'll follow an anti-racist and inclusive workshop model. We hope to encourage participants to claim and proclaim their voices and identities.

Dates: May 27-30, 2022 in Lewes, DE at Lazy L at Willow Creek B & B. See application for schedule, accommodations cost, and co-leaders' bios.

Application period: December 29 - February 4, 2022.

Notification of acceptance: February 25, 2022. Acceptance award covers costs of tuition, books, and supplies.

Once accepted, to hold a spot: a non-refundable $100 payment by March 12, 2022, applied to the cost of accommodations.
